Description
Dancing can prevent physical and mental decline as we age and improve mental and physical fitness. Have fun dancing to the "oldies" and to today's music. Improve balance, endurance, tone, and rhythm. This class is appropriate for all skill and fitness levels and will include warm-up and cool down stretch. Athletic workout shoes and comfortable clothes are recommended. The last 15 minutes of class will be dedicated to optional muscle toning exercises for which a yoga mat is recommended.
