ATSM 6290 - Organization and Administration in Sports Medicine

This course will present organizational and administrative items commonly encountered amongst clinical healthcare professionals in a variety of settings. The objective is to help the student to be prepared for the organizational tasks that are required of an Athletic Trainer in various settings. In addition, we will work on creating ethical and efficient practice, policies and procedures. Students will also be exposed to human resource services and hiring practices.
