We'll go through the different families of cheese, how to select cheese, the amount of cheese you need for your party and perfect pairing accompaniments so you can approach your local cheese counter with confidence to make your favorite selections. You will taste from 8 families of cheeses with creative serving recipes. We will demonstrate fondue techniques and make 2 different styles of fondue.
