OS X Support Essentials is a three-day, hands-on program that provides an in-depth exploration of troubleshooting on OS X. This course is designed to give you a tour of the breadth of OS X and the best methods for effectively supporting users of OS X systems. Training methods include a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience. Participants who complete the required coursework receive an Apple Certificate from the University of Utah. Those who pass the OS X Support Essentials Exam receive designation as an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
