PROEA 697 - Lean Six Sigma Champion Micro-certificate

The University of Utah online Lean Six Sigma Champions course develops skills needed to effectively guide and support process improvement teams in your role as Champion. You will learn a group of Lean basic problem-solving tools used for project selection and management and receive guidance on leading teams and leading change.
