PROEA 610 - Applied Project Management Certificate

The Applied Project Management Certificate is designed to prepare students to begin certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI). The program introduces participants to key concepts that form the foundation of the PMP and CAPM exams. The curriculum is composed of thirteen online courses that provide specific tools and techniques required for project managers to successfully execute projects. Individual courses include: Project Management Fundamentals, Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management, Stakeholder management, Project Leadership & Teambuilding, and an online PMP Exam Preparation course. The courses were created by instructors who hold a PMP certification, have advanced education degrees, possess extensive real-life project management work experience, and are PMI-Registered Education providers.
