Grape names such as Chardonnay and Riesling appear on every wine menu, and with seemingly endless possibilities in the wine store, but there are dozens of white grape varieties that you may have never tasted due to the unfamiliarity with their names. This class will introduce you to six white wines from around the world, which may just become your new favorites. From light and elegant, to rich and bold, we will taste interesting grape varieties such as Assyrtiko, Roussanne, and more, from six wine producing regions of the world.
