Description
Join us if you are an international foodie (or just a curious eater) and want to learn how to replicate authentic Thai recipes from home. We will be exploring dishes that go beyond Pad Thai, such as stir fried chicken with hot basil, green papaya salad, and mango sticky rice. We'll also discuss how to source ingredients locally from the vast array of Salt Lake City's Asian markets. This class is hands on, so prepare to roll up your sleeves and get chopping as this popular Asian cuisine is de-mystified before your very eyes. This hands-on class requires 48-hour advance registration.
