BALLE 4780 - Ballet Pedagogy I

Meets with BALLE 6780. This course covers techniques for teaching creative movement and for introducing classical ballet to children age 3-8. Students learn how to analyze the vocabulary of age-appropriate ballet movements and technique progression and to develop teaching goals and objectives. The course is taught in a lecture and lab format.
