YESCI 209 - Math Olympics 2 (Age 8-10)

In our second section of Math Olympics we'll be upping the difficulty, and the fun! We'll be introducing concepts like negative numbers and conversions. Research has shown that a great way to show the relationship between numbers is to practice by repetition and to use active games. This is where we come in. This summer Higher Ground Learning will be hosting the 6th annual Math Olympics 2! In this five-day workshop kids will start the day training (i.e. learning a math concept). Then, they'll spend the second half of the day using this knowledge to compete for the gold in our Math Olympics events!
