POLS 6405 - Comparative Public Policy

A cross national comparison of public policy formation. The course examines why national governments respond differently to similar policy problems and why some countries respond to certain policy challenges more persuasively than others. Addresses how and social and economic changes as well as globalization have influenced patterns of policy making.
