FINAN 5420 - Federal Reserve Open Markets Operations Seminar and Symposium

This course is designed to give students an understanding of the Federal Reserve System and open market monetary policy making in particular. The culmination of the class will be a Symposium with representatives from the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank facilitating an FOMC simulation meeting. Students will act as FOMC members.
