"Elegance is the only beauty that never fades." Audrey Hepburn She burst upon the screen opposite Gregory Peck in Roman Holiday (1953), took home an Oscar, and won the hearts of movie-goers the world over. She went on to co-star with most of the leading men of the day, including William Holden, Cary Grant, Peter O'Toole, Fred Astaire, Burt Lancaster, Henry Fonda, and James Garner. She was both a star and an elegant lady. This class will explore her films and life. DVDs of many of her films will be available for class members to check out.
