With a wine history which begins in 125 BC, France has established itself as the leader in the wine world. French wine grapes are the most well known, and the history of each of the regions is fascinating and the wines are food friendly. Explore three wine regions, their culture, history and wine making traditions, and taste the many styles of wines of South of France, Loire Valley and Cotes du Rhone. Cheeses from three regions and three milks will be enjoyed with the wines each week. Bring a notebook to record your impressions.
