Description
This course introduces students to quantitative approaches to international relations, with particular emphasis on contemporary research on such diverse topics as conflict and peace, international trade, investment, and monetary relations, and the design and effectiveness of international institutions in protecting human rights and the environment. This course is designed to help students develop general analytical skills that have wide applicability in the scientific study of international relations and all of social science.
