LLBUS 208 - Introduction to Trading and Investing

This course is designed to provide insight into the realm of the financial markets and the opportunities they present. In order to be a successful investor and trader, you first must recognize your 'market personality', which I will help you to create. During this, you will enter the world of market psychology -- the most important factor in successfully navigating the markets effectively. We will then move into fundamental and technical analysis -- helping you to efficiently monitor the real news and data that affect the markets (HINT: NOT KRAMER!!) Then you will have factual based data to decipher if an investment or trading opportunity is fairly valued, overbought, or oversold. By the end of the course, you will know how to create a trading plan for each and every entry into the market you undertake. Finally, I will touch on 'next steps', such as options and foreign currencies.
