LLCFT 253 - Mixed Metal Cuff Bracelet

Create a mixed metal cuff bracelet using copper, brass or bronze and complimentary metals will be used to adorn the cuff. Students will learn to form a cuff on a mandrel; use hammers, stamps, and rolling mill for texturing. And learn how to rivet to join metals together in a "cold connection". Creating patinas and finishing will also be discussed. Materials kit includes base metal for cuff and mixing and a small piece of sterling silver sheet to add to the bracelet.
