ACCTG 6380 - Advanced Federal Tax Issues

This course focuses on tax laws, issues, problems and planning opportunities facing companies and individuals in our current tax environment. Approximately one-third of the class focuses on ASC 740 (old FAS 109) - accounting for incomes taxes. Knowledge of ASC 740 is critical for both tax and audit professionals.
