Description
Are you looking to build muscle, flexibility, stability and symmetry? Are you looking to build core strength? Move into mat pilates and Total Body Barre. These classes are for students of all ages, body types and physiques at Total Body Pilates. Classes focus on posture, correct alignment, and proper breathing which will help you build a long, lean healthy body at any age. All classes are ideal for those who are rehabbing from injury, want to reduce the risk of injury or who want to improve their favorite sport e.g. golf, tennis, skiing, cycling, etc. This sampler allows you to attend 10 sessions of Total Body Barre or mat Pilates classes at Total Body Pilates. Class schedule can be viewed at www.totalbodypilates.com. Sampler is valid for three months and cannot be renewed within the same term.
