OC TH 6712 - Management Concepts in Occupational Therapy

This course covers management theories and practices that are applicable to occupational therapy and which transcend professional boundaries. Discussions will include management theory and practice, application in health care systems, and an analysis of management styles. The consultation model will be explored in-depth. Supervision models will also be covered in this course. Private practice essentials and models will be introduced.
