NURS 4505 - Concepts in Critical Care Nursing

This course focuses on concepts associated with human response to severe illness and injury in the critical care environment. Emphasis is placed upon evidence based nursing care for critically ill adult or pediatric clients including pharmacology and critical care technologies. Upon completion, the student will be able to identify and describe evidence-based nursing care that contributes to high quality client outcomes. This course is offered in adult and pediatric sections.
