PH TX 7777 - Applied Genomics I

This course will cover topics related to genomic research, including gene expression/microarray, next-generation sequencing, and other related topics. This class will include a lecture component, integration of genomics-focused projects, and a hands-on lab sessions. At the end of this class, we expect students to understand the different genomic approaches available and an introduction on how to apply these approaches to independent research projects.
