PROED 648 - Advanced Project Management Certificate

The Advanced Project Management Certificate is a comprehensive program that incorporates the Applied Project Management Certificate (online program), the Master Certificate in Project Management, Guiding Organizational Change and PMP Exam Simulation. Coursework begins online with a thorough study of project management fundamentals. Participants then move on to in-class, team-based simulation training that addresses more advanced topics such as project management/leadership and organizational change. The last section of this program is a combination of in-class and online training and provides in-depth instruction on PMP or CAPM certification exam preparation. Courses are taught by instructors who hold a PMP certification, have advanced educational credentials, and are PMI Registered Education Providers. Those completing this program will be eligible to sit for the PMP or CAPM exams.
