Description
This course will provide an opportunity for graduate students to practice various stretching techniques taken from exercise science, yoga and pilates and to contribute to the class by sharing current research on flexibility in relation to sports, dance and general well-being. Graduate students will be expected to participate in the class, assist in demonstrations, help the instructor to support safe practices for the students, and research information that will be incorporated into the class.
