Description
Life requires a holistic approach to food and nutrition and with this you can find yourself energized and ready to tackle anything that comes your way. In our first session you will learn what Holistic Nutrition means in regard to diet direction along with the roles of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, menu planning and where to find the best ingredients. In the second class we will put this knowledge to work; preparing mainly plant based meals using seasonal local and organic foods along with pantry staples and bulk foods.
