Description
Intrigued by the health, environmental, and spiritual benefits of a raw food diet? Find out how the ancient wisdom of raw foods can increase youthful vitality and energy as it makes us more conscious of our planet and our surroundings. We will start by exploring exactly what a raw food diet entails, then address common questions (i.e., is it seasonal or year-round; is it safe for children; are vitamin/mineral supplements encouraged, etc.). You'll get tips on combining and seasoning raw foods so they are as tasty as they are good for you. In the final class, you'll be treated to a delicious raw food meal and given ideas for a week's menu.
