In this class, you'll learn the fundamentals of combining foods based on flavor, acidity, texture, color, and cooking techniques. Once you understand the basic science of cooking, it's easy to generalize the principles. As you gain confidence eyeballing measurements, substituting ingredients, and just trying something new, look out! The only limit is your imagination. Get ready to learn how to combine conventional and unusual ingredients into delicious meals your friends will want the recipe for--if only one existed! This hands-on class is limited to 12 and requires 48-hour advance registration.
