Description
Have you been told by friends and family you should sell your homemade special sauce? Learn the ins and outs of what it takes to start a craft food business. In this class we'll discuss developing a business plan, permits and licenses, food safety, packaging and labeling, marketing and distribution. The last class will be a panel discussion with local food artisans who have taken the plunge and are operating a successful craft food business.
