PRTW 2008 - Natural Resources Learning, Whitewater Guide Instruction

Fundamental techniques, strategies and skills necessary to navigate class II-III whitewater in inflatable boats will be examined, discussed and applied during this course. A variety of different reaches in Utah are used, providing exceptional opportunities to explore rivers while acquiring valuable skills towards potential employment. Sections include San Juan River and Green River. Content Illuminates the challenges faced by river runners, as well strategies and skills required to work professionally in this industry.
