Description
This class will utilize the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Wunda chair to strengthen the whole body and leave the student feeling strong. Each student will also use their knowledge of centering, control, breath, precision, concentration, and flowing movement in their application to this course. A series of exercises will be learned and practiced at a speed appropriate for the level of skill in the course.
