MG EN 1990 - Basics of Mining Engineering

Lectures by visiting engineers, managers, attorneys, faculty members, graduate students. Scheduled field trips and reports. Students introduced to basic uses of WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint in engineering applications. Required seminar during fall semester of freshman or first year in the program if transferring.
