THEA 1225 - Conducting for Musical Theatre Program

This is an introductory course in the art of music conducting. The course will develop fundamental skills needed to understand working with a conductor in a live performance situation. Topics addressed will include baton/gesture technique, non-verbal communication, leadership, conducting terminology, and score reading.
