Description
Do you make the same New Year's resolutions year after year, only to abandon them after a few weeks or months? Whether your goal is cutting back on sugar, not texting while driving, or exercising regularly, this open-forum class will help you turn your resolution into real, sustainable change. There is science behind why change is hard, and our natural instincts and biology are the culprits. We'll look at why we are hard-wired to resist change, then give you usable tools with which to address previously challenging or brand new goals with a much better chance of success. Please come to the first class with one or two goals that you have truly tried to achieve and yet have faded away with time. This class is limited to 10.
