Whether you are considering taking the plunge or are already a member, you'll benefit from this look at how to navigate Facebook and use its many features. We'll examine friending, uploading pictures and videos, the difference between wall and message board posts, chatting, and other essential operations. We'll then address security issues such as how to set personal security preferences and how to block undesirable contacts, apps, and games. Individual interests will also be addressed if time permits. This hands-on class will take place in the computer lab; all participants will be able to work on their own Facebook pages.
