MDCRC 6340 - Team Communication and Collaboration for Translational Research

This course will help the attendee develop skills in communication and collaboration in team settings. Topics will include developing listening skills, conflict management, creating effective partnerships, communicating in diverse environments, and leading organizational change. The course will be presented in a workshop style setting. All participants will work on a team-based project.
