NUTR 6100 - Pediatric Nutrition

Independent study. Provides current information on pathophysiology and nutrition therapy for pediatric populations. Will utilize print materials, interactive computer case studies, and video to aid the student in developing appropriate nutrition interventions that encompass the unique nutrition needs of both healthy and ill infants and children from 0-18 years.
