Description
Reds, reds, and more reds! Taste six red wines each week from each of the major wine-producing countries in the world as we learn the many ways red wine can be made. As you discover how different one grape variety can taste from another, your senses will be challenged by the unique differences of each wine. By the final class, you will be able to identify the six major red wine categories by color, aroma, and taste, and name the foods that complement them best. Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class. Special fee covers tastings and light appetizers
