Description
Looking for a fun way to get or stay in shape? Love to play outside? Join our outdoor fitness/parcourse class for a challenging workout that can be easily adapted to any level or mood. Using natural objects such as tree stumps and limbs and manmade structures such as benches and jungle gyms, we will perform a series of exercises throughout Liberty Park. Participants will walk or jog from one location to the next, completing exercises involving stretching, balance, agility, or strength at each spot. Join us for a well-balanced physical fitness routine for your entire body.
