ULRE 710 - Agency (CORE)

This 2 hour online Utah state approved CORE course will give you two hours of the Certified Topic Courses required every two years for license renewal. The course is broken down into three sections: Section 1 - Understanding Agency, Section 2 - Laws of Agency Surrounding Fiduciary Duties, Section 3 - Agency Risk Management. Each section will cover terminology, give real life examples and ask questions as you move along. In the last half of sections 1 and 2, you will watch a video that reflects real life agency situations. All students registering for this online course must have a valid email address and the technical proficiency to surf the Internet, send and receive email, and download PDF files. This course can run on either Windows-based PCs or Macintosh OS computers. This course requires an Internet connection, 56k modem or greater, and a browser requirement of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater. Completion of this course awards 2 Continuing Education Units as approved by the State of Utah Division of Real Estate. This course DOES NOT provide pre-licensing credit. This course is considered LIVE credit by the State of Utah Division of Real Estate.
