NURS 6342 - Family Therapy

The focus of this course is on theories and methods in family therapy as broadly applied across treatment settings. Selected family therapy theories are studied and application is expected to be made in practicum placements and seminar discussions. Emphasis is place on the appropriate application of treatment strategies and on understanding the need for ongoing evaluation of clinical practice.
