Ever wonder how Photoshop artists create those amazing graphics? In this one-day class, we'll delve into the creative side of Photoshop. Learn how to design picture borders and create fading edge effects; extract photographic elements; swap backgrounds; make shadows; insert an image into type; make montages; create duotones, tritones, and sepiatones; combine patterns and images; change clothes or hair color in a photo; colorize a photo; combine black and white and color elements in the same photo; make lightning, stars, steam; and more! With the use of filters and advanced techniques, your work will stand out from the crowd! Please bring to class some images you would like to work with. We will provide you a blank CD so that you may take your work home. Completion of Photoshop 2 or instructor approval is required.
