Learn the postures and breathing techniques that form the backbone of Zen meditation as we study this 2,500-year-old tradition. Take this step toward stress management and physical and mental relaxation. Your mind, body and spirit will thank you. Please bring a firm cushion or blanket; you may also sit in a chair if the floor doesn't work for you. Class will include instruction and discussion.
