Description
Join us for a journey to the center of your body! This class focuses on movements to strengthen and tone your abdominals, back, chest and hips. This fun and challenging class will increase strength, stamina, and endurance in these important muscle groups. Registration for this class buys you a 10-punch card that can be used for any of our yoga classes. You may purchase or renew a punch card at any time during the term; cards will be honored for six months. Please bring water, a sticky mat, and a towel to each class.
