LAW 7774 - Environmental Law and Engineering

This is an interdisciplinary graduate water or environmental law course for engineering, science, and law students. The course will be co-taught by faculty in the College of Engineering and College of Law and will address technical or scientific problems involving environmental or water law. This course will provide engineering and science students an introduction to water law and/or environmental law, and law students an introduction to engineering and science. At the same time, it will teach both groups of students the critical communications and other skills necessary to deal effectively with the other disciplines. These dual goals will be accomplished through a combination of lectures and collaborative interaction between the law and the science and engineering students working together in teams on the selected problems.
