Description
In much of the world, wine is never sipped on its own. Instead, it is artfully paired with the foods it best complements. See how the correct wine and food pairing enhances (or conflicts with) the flavor of each as we combine the four major styles of wine (soft whites, dry whites, round reds, and big reds) with an assortment of meats, fish, pasta, veggies, and desserts. We will taste six wines - three reds, three whites - and combine each with each of six plates. Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class.
