LLREC 749 - Summer in the City: A Newcomer's Guide

Salt Lake's summer scene is lively, fun, and often-times, it's free! Whether you're new to town or just want to make sure you're totally in-the-know, come hear about the multitude of activities that unfold in our great city each summer. We'll learn about free films (including Sundance films under the stars); music and art indoors and out; hikes, runs, and no-traffic bike rides; top outdoor dining spots; where to get a good martini; hot spots for lattes; where to stay out late; and more. We'll also turn you on to websites and publications with up-to-date local information. All-around funster Talitha Day is the director of The Gallivan Center and SLC Community Events. She has been a professional event planner since 1985.
