LLART 84 - Create a Digital Film

Would you like to create a short art film or a film of your vacation, kid's birthday party or dance recital, or similar fun event? Learn how to put your video camera to good use in this 8-week class. In the classroom and the computer lab, we will learn basic and intermediate camera techniques, principles of filming and filmmaking, and editing techniques. You will spend three weeks in the computer lab working on your individual project with instructor guidance; the final week of class will be viewing one another's work, which will be stored and presented on DVD. Please bring your video camera to the first class (you can rent a camera at PictureLine, TV Specialists, and other valley locations).
