This course will cover The principles of collaborative leadership, how collaborative leaders create innovative cultures that foster increased productivity, profitability, and effectiveness, Other topic discussed will be how to develop an environment of collaborative communication, how to lead collaborative communication, and the collaborative leadership model to meet today's organizational challenges. In addition you learn the strategies to develop this model in your organization, practical steps to create a work place where people love to contribute their best work, and processes to capture best new ideas and implement them. The basic elements of effective communication and how to use them will also be examined.
