Description
A master-level course in sushi making. Join us to perfect your sushi techniques. We'll guide you through the preparation of several types of sushi, helping to refine your sushi knife skills and nigiri technique, as well as inspiring you with sushi concepts that go beyond traditional rolls. Menu: Sushi Rice - Various Seasonal Nigiri Sushi (Salmon, Tuna, Ahi, Mackerel, and More). Join us to perfect your sushi techniques! We'll pair sake with the sushi for interested participants over the age of 21. Tom graduated from Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR, in 1989, and became an executive chef in 1994. He owned Blackberry Ginger, an Asian restaurant in Berkeley, CA, and is currently a private caterer in Salt Lake City.
