LLMT 398 - Fingerstyle Guitar: Acoustic Rock Classics

Learn the tips and techniques needed to play familiar tunes from the classic rock era on the acoustic steel string guitar. We'll cover the music of Led Zeppelin; the Rolling Stones; the Beatles; Traffic; Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; The Who; and more. Each week, students will learn a couple of tunes and the tricks needed to play them. You'll also learn the tunings used to play specific elusive classic rock tunes. We'll also focus on some of rock's most recognizable intros. Appropriate for intermediate and advanced students who know simple fingerpicking and can tune a guitar.
